As I ponder on the thought that Santa and all of his helpers each and every year compete a task with such precision and skill. Maybe, just maybe Santa is the ultimate example of how timely and personalized field service delivery should always occur. I mean have you ever heard any complaints from his customers? You gotta admit Santa’s uptime deliverable is always 99.9% or better!
Think about it, here’s a guy and his support team that deliver to their customers a service in which satisfaction is generally top decile and return visits are rarely ever needed. Multi-tasking while enroot to numerous locations while still providing that personalized touch at each and every site is a skill that all HTM service professional just like Santa possess and perform in their daily travels.
My blog for this week though short in length is long in reflection. Just like Santa the HTM service professional performs their service delivery “behind the scenes” sometimes traveling from location to location by “motorized sleigh”. With a twinkle in the HTM professional’s eye – the delivery of their service provided brings happiness, joy and peace to the patients served. Merry Christmas to all!
