
The recent Webinar Wednesday session “General X-Ray and Portable Introduction/ REACTS Remote Service” was sponsored by AllParts. It was eligible for 1 credit from the ACI.
AllParts Medical’s GXR/IXR Modality Innovation Manager Kevin Milleson and Technical Support Specialist Dale Laymon discussed basic X-ray and portable X-ray principles. They also introduced AllParts REACTS (Remote Education Augmented Communication Training Supervision).

This webinar was popular among healthcare technology management (HTM) professionals with 158 individuals registered for the session. Several attendees were active participants in a question-and-answer session where the presenters fielded questions.
One attendee asked, “Where can I find a list of all your X-ray portable training courses where they’re available?”
The answer was the specific URL – AllPartsMedical.com/training.
“You will see a list of courses that we offer, and now you’re able to enroll in these courses right from that website,” they shared.
Another question was, “Where would I get a quote on the X-ray parts available at AllParts?”

“A perfect presentation for my entry-level folks,” Imaging and Medical Device Security CE Director Doug Elmore said.
“Having knowledge of how X-ray machines work you will be able to better troubleshoot and explain to the consumer what’s wrong with the machine,” Renovo Solutions Technical Training Manager Donald Armstrong said.
