The Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA) and the Advanced Medical Technology Association have asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to review District of D.C. Judge Beryl A. Howell’s decision to dismiss their challenge to the Library of Congress’ 2021 rule , according to online reports.
