Secure Mount began offering security solutions in 2004, when W.A. Foote Memorial Hospital (now Henry Ford Jackson Hospital) in Jackson, Michigan, asked for help in designing and producing products that would help them prevent the loss and damage to sensor probes on their patient monitoring devices. Secure Mount’s parent Company, L&L Machine and Tool, had the expertise of 15 years of making parts for the automotive industry, and realized that if one hospital had these security issues, others probably did as well. This was the beginning of a new line of products under the Secure Mount name, and more and more medical facilities continue to be added to the list of satisfied customers.
Secure Mount Vice President of Operations Bryce Glazier recently shared more about the company and its mission.

Our innovative solutions provide hospitals with secure, organized, and efficient cable management systems, helping prevent unnecessary expenditures. This allows healthcare facilities to redirect funds toward improving patient care, investing in new technologies, and enhancing operational efficiency. Our mission is to protect hospital assets while contributing to broader goals – like improving healthcare outcomes.
Q: WHAT IS ON THE HORIZON FOR YOUR COMPANY?
GLAZIER: Our goal is to expand globally and partner with hospitals around the world. As the healthcare landscape evolves, we’re focused on designing new products that meet modern needs. A key area of innovation is our IV poles. We’re working to enhance their design, durability, and functionality to meet the highest industry standards. By using high-quality materials, we aim to produce IV poles that withstand daily hospital use and reduce the need for frequent replacements – ultimately saving costs for medical facilities.
