This is a timeless adage that I can not only easily speak too but can share many experiences – both in my personal and professional life resulting in notable successes and learning opportunities abound. I recently sat in as an advisor to a recruitment interview team and like so many times before during my career the opportunity to listen and absorb from each candidate their description of themselves, achievements, career goals and personal visions – a unique and fascinating story each and every time begins to evolve as to their journey and quest they thirst for in these ventured climbs. When a person makes that decision to be an applicant for whatever role, job or responsibility they may be seeking a venture into a new territory begins. Excitement, stimulation and nervousness are human feelings that may be felt by these brave individuals in the exploration of their next life pathway milestone. To take the initiative in developing one’s self to stretch and reach for the next opportunity, life challenge and growth towards happiness and contentment does not come without some heavy lifting and courage to achieve success.
This new healthcare delivery market being reshaped by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a breeding ground of opportunity and “new” ventures for the HTM service professional. The ability to visualize and chart your destiny is as clear as your desire to reach out and explore – venture the new HTM opportunities being created and to take the “white paper” yourself and sketch the role that will empower and enrich your career freedom. If you never venture – it will be difficult to ever gain the potential you possess!

How badly do you desire to not only adapt and overcome but achieve happiness and contentment in realizing your dreams and visions? Hard questions – maybe.
