The Indiana Biomedical Society (IBS) is excited to announce that vendor registration is officially open for the 33rd Annual Conference and Vendor Fair, taking place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT) at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, located at 31 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
This highly anticipated event is an excellent opportunity to showcase products and services to a diverse audience in the biomedical field. Booth spaces are available for rent at $600 per single booth. Vendors interested in larger display areas can register for multiple single booth spaces.
Each single booth registration includes one staff member. Additional vendor attendees or booth staff must register under the “Conference with Vendor Membership” option for a fee of $85 per person.
