The Certificate of Leadership Excellence in HTM is a six-part course with a total of 24 hours of business-centric content for HTM professionals who want tangible proof of their achievements. College President Monty Gonzales, Ed. D., recently joined AAMI’s managing director of Training M.J. McLaughlin to discuss what this certificate can do for you. “The most interesting aspect of this course is that the topics have been derived from conversations and focus groups with a dozen or more industry leaders and health care organizations around the country.”
Gonzales continued, stating that the course will help with “cultivating new leaders as well as honing the skills of those who have been placed in leadership positions.”

Learn critical skills in data-driven decision-making, capital equipment negotiation, communication, change management, and ethics – all of which also prepare participants for the CHTM exam. Participants who complete the full series will also receive a Certificate of Excellence in HTM Leadership and LinkedIn badge to showcase on their professional profile.
