PORTLAND, Ore. | The Oregon Biomedical Association (OBA) will host its 2025 Expo & Vendor Fair on Oct. 23-24 at the Holiday Inn-Portland Airport, offering two days of education, networking, and industry engagement for healthcare technology professionals.
This year’s theme, “Cascading You Into the Future of Healthcare,” highlights OBA’s commitment to advancing biomedical and imaging technology through training, collaboration, and innovation.
The event features three educational tracks with nine seminars per day, covering imaging, biomedical, and hot-topic discussions. Attendees will also have access to a vendor fair, networking opportunities, and door prizes. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.

- 7-8:15 a.m. Registration and Breakfast
- 8:15-8:25 a.m. Welcome and Introductions
- 8:30- 9:45 a.m. Educational Sessions
- 9:45-10:00 a.m. Break & Snacks
- 10-11:15 a.m. Educational Sessions
- 11:15 a.m.-2:15 p.m. Vendor Fair (Lunch served at noon)
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. Educational Sessions
- 3:30-4 p.m. Door Prizes (Oct. 24 only)
- 4-6 p.m. Happy Hour with food and drinks (Oct. 23 only)
“Each year, our expo brings together biomeds, imaging specialists, and healthcare technology leaders to share knowledge and strengthen our community,” said an OBA spokesperson. “The 2025 program builds on that tradition with expanded tracks, a robust vendor fair, and more networking opportunities.”
Attendance is limited to 100 tickets per day. Early RSVP is encouraged to secure a spot.
