A CMMS is only good as the individuals utilizing the software. However, quality software will always improve and innovate. It is important for Administrators and users to be able to quickly onboard new users and take advantage of new features. Matthew Binko will show you ways to create a training program to ensure maximum effectiveness for users of all levels. This will include training throughout the lifecycle of the software and beyond.
Matthew has more than 15 years of experience in Hospital Security including roles as Director of Security for two major medical centers. He helped to direct task forces in developing policy for HIPAA and post-9/11 operations. In addition to the experience above, Matthew has a BA degree from Keizer University. He has been the Training Manager for AIMS 3 since 2021. His training philosophy is for customers not to obsess about using their CMMS software perfectly, but making it work efficiently for them.
