2. Choose a bid based on pricing, response time, and a service provider’s rating/reviews
All service providers have been vetted as competent to service the specific make/model of the equipment, are properly insured, and motivated to perform because of the ratings/reviews system
3. Receive in-app communication
4. Approve final work and pay customers
Pay through the app and Downtime Trace pays service providers within 3-5 days of the customer’s approval of a job.Â
