This session will include a panel of executive leaders, including Tim Cooke, Medical Center Director/CEO of the VA Healthcare System in Orlando, Florida; Steven Dukes, MD, Section Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winter Park Memorial Hospital in Winter Park, Florida; and a nurse executive. These leaders will present guidelines and tips for successful communications with senior leaders. The session will be interactive. Volunteers will be asked to brief the leaders on a given topic or scenario; panelists and fellow participants will constructively critique the briefings. The session will be both enlightening and fun.
