1. Blast 💥 to let all service providers (that are competent on your specific make and model of equipment) know about your need for service

2. Choose which bid is best for you based each service providers pricing, response time, and rating/reviews

3. Receive in-app communications and service updates from service providers during a service event

4. Approve estimates and final completed work (in-app)

5. Pay through the app and provide a rating/review of the service provider
