Join us for the April Tools of the Trade LIVE Demo of the Downtime Trace Mobile App.
Think of your favorite ride share apps, food delivery apps, Angi’s List, and TaskRabbit. Society expects their familiar mobile app features and functionalities to be found in every industry where they buy goods and services. So, riding the coattails of popular apps we use in our personal lives, Downtime Trace created a mobile app that instantly connects hospitals and/or imaging centers with all competent and available service providers when their medical equipment needs maintenance and/or repair services.
Presenter: Dave Francoeur, President, Downtime Trace
Instead of calling or texting a list of vendors when their equipment needs service, customers simply go to the DownTime Trace app and follow these familiar steps while the app tracks and stores every step of the service event to allow for easy future access to service data (like seeing past rides on Uber):
1. Blast đź’Ą to let all service providers (that are competent on your specific make and model of equipment) know about your need for service
2. Choose which bid is best for you based each service providers pricing, response time, and rating/reviews
3. Receive in-app communications and service updates from service providers during a service event
4. Approve estimates and final completed work (in-app)
5. Pay through the app and provide a rating/review of the service provider
