This presentation will provide an overview of common cardiac conditions that require pacing therapy and reviews the clinical concepts behind transcutaneous and transvenous pacing. Participants will cover pacing terminology, including atrial and ventricular pacing, demand modes, sensing, capture, and atrioventricular (A-V) timing. The session will conclude with a demonstration of the EPA-4100 External Pacer Analyzer, highlighting its touchscreen interface, preconfigured pacer profiles, atrial and ventricular measurement, ECG connectivity, and methods for testing and troubleshooting external pacing systems.
