Great leadership doesn’t occur overnight – it takes years to cultivate, and we pick up bits and pieces along the way. Some of these ideas are learned from a mentor, a formal class, through osmosis while on the job or even through the failure of others (what not to do)! One of my mentors taught me that every new tactic you learn is a tool you added to your toolbox. Your toolbox can be as big as you want, and you should continually add to it to advance your own development. The goal of this course is to share some of the tools I picked up along my journey, so you don’t have to learn them the hard way.
