The Biomedical Association of Wisconsin has released its scheduled for the 2015 BAW Conference & Vendor Show. The Conference & Vendor Show will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Tuesday, October 13
8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Injector Short course. Sign up with Maul Biomedical.
2 p.m. Pre-Conference Golf outing. This outing is open to everyone. The course has a special for greens fees of $1 per hole. Get your group together or come as single and join a group. No signup necessary.
Wednesday, October 14
7:30-8:30 a.m. Conference registration
8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Conference breakouts
5:30-9:30 p.m. BAW Social Event – Pioneer Biomedical is sponsoring this event and has a trolley car to transport participants to the event. There is limited space on the trolley so sign up early by emailing Cheryl at Cheryl@piobio.com. For more information on the event visit the event page on the web under the conference tab.
Thursday October 15
8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Conference breakouts
1:30-5:30 p.m. Lunch and Vendor show in Grand Ballroom. Come out to see the latest in technologies as the vendors display their products. There will be beverage and food available at the event. You must be present to win door prizes.
Extra information
Special note about the Summit Imaging Ultrasound track. This is a one-day session that is repeated for those who would like to attend other breakouts. Choose the day you would like to attend when you register. Classis limited to 20 participants per day and is offered on a first come first serve basis.
Hotel reservations have been extended to September 19 to get the BAW discounted rate. After that time it will be at the seasonal rate. Sign up now to avoid extra costs.
Applications for scholarship will be accepted up to the week of the conference so if you know of a student attending school in the biomedical field get them to apply. Forms are available online at www.baw.org.
Jim Kipp nominations will also be accepted to the week of the conference. If you have someone in mind please submit a nomination form. This form is available for download online at www.baw.org.
