“I have worked in the healthcare industry for over three decades in different capacities. During this time frame I have honed and developed my communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills as well as my business acumen. My experiences as a field service engineer, clinical engineering manager and director of clinical engineering have allowed me to become a leader in my chosen field and express my passion for caring and service to the community by providing quality service to my customers,” it reads. “My philosophy to providing quality service excellence is based upon the five pillars of the healthcare flywheel: Service, Quality, Financial, People and Growth. I feel that the combination of my experience in the field, knowledge in leadership, quality systems management, lean six-sigma methodologies as well as the ability to manage through difficult challenges has brought me to this place in my career where I can make a positive impact on enhancing and improving the overall patient experience.”
