Downtime Trace recently announced that Glen McQuien, MSHA, is its new vice president of operations.
“Glen is committed to supporting our customers and service providers as we continue reducing downtime and getting more work to qualified technicians,” a LinkedIn post states.
“I am excited to work with facilities and providers to access more cost-effective options servicing medical imaging equipment,” McQuien said. “My goal is to work with the team to produce methods and technology to initiate service requests to minimize downtime and disruptions to patient care.”
