Maggie Berkey, CBET recently shared on LinkedIn that she is starting a new position as vice president of the Heartland Biomedical Association.
The Heartland Biomedical Association is dedicated to the advancement of the clinical and biomedical engineering profession.
“We offer our members a variety of educational presentations and seminars as well as many fun activities throughout the year,” the organization’s LinkedIn page states. “Our goals include:
To form a professional association of individuals interested in the advancement of biomedical technology dedicated to better patient care.
To encourage the free exchange of information pertaining to the biomedical technology field.
