US Department of Veterans Affairs taps leading healthcare management site for adoption of compliance manuals
SALT LAKE CITY (Oct. 15, 2019) – oneSOURCE, a leading healthcare management solution, announced today that the company has been selected by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide a national patient safety platform of document database services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) at all VA sites and satellite clinics. Through this partnership, all VHA sites will have online access to the oneSOURCE platform containing digital Instructions for Use (IFUs) and manuals needed to meet CMS and The Joint Commission accreditation requirements for Surgical Instruments, Equipment, Dental, Tissue/Implants and Biomed.
“Securing an opportunity that promotes oneSOURCE’s mission to a broader audience and allows us to provide our revolutionary platform to such necessary facilities as VHA sites is nothing short of outstanding,” said Jack Speer, co-founder and president of oneSOURCE. “Throughout this year we have experienced phenomenal growth and incredible achievements. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary, transformed and elevated the brand and steadily demonstrated our dedication to changing the face of patient safety with our relentless passion to delivering unmatched service and tools to the industry. Partnerships like these only cement us as authorities in the healthcare management industry.”
For nearly a decade, oneSOURCE has serviced the VHA and recently renewed a national contract that ensures access to all databases, including Tissues/Implants and Biomed. With robust offerings and strategic plans to improve the quality of patient safety in the next stage of its successful operations, oneSOURCE is set to reach a larger audience including dental, facilities maintenance, biomedical, operating rooms and sterile processing with the reinforcement from these roles.
Since 2009, oneSOURCE’s platforms have been a reliable resource for top healthcare organizations such as Mayo Clinic, Sutter Health and HCA and currently dominates the sterile processing market with more than 80 percent saturation. Along with the recent release of its highly anticipated Tissues/Implants database, the company is working expeditiously to launch its next database, Facilities Maintenance, by the end of 2019. Furthermore, the team will be emphasizing processes in the dental field as 2020 approaches. For more information on oneSOURCE, visit onesourcedocs.com.
