reLink Medical, a medical equipment disposition and inventory management company, has announced that it is amplifying its resources to help health care facilities across the country meet the anticipated patient demands related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company has bolstered its staff and resources to clear room for additional patient beds and to assist hospitals in acquiring much-needed supplies, including ventilators and personal protective equipment (PPE).
“We want hospitals to know they are not alone in this,” says reLink founder A. Ray Dalton. “So, we are creating strategic partnerships to ensure that caregivers have the tools they need to meet patient demand.”
Recently, reLink volunteered its services to help a leading Cleveland health care provider acquire additional ventilators and move others to critical care locations. In New Jersey – a current hotspot for the Coronavirus outbreak – the company is working with a major hospital to clear out space for additional patient beds.
“We are continuing to service hospitals with every resource we have,” Dalton adds. ”We have the trucks, we have the people, we are ready to serve. Partnering in equipment moves, repositioning, redeploying and repurposing – it’s what we do.”
All hospital assets that need to be stored will be kept at the company’s secure 75,000 square-foot warehouse located in Twinsburg, Ohio, where they can be easily tracked for redeployment.
reLink Medical leads the industry in security and safety with R2 and RIOS based processes, HIPPA compliance standards, experienced equipment de-install teams, DOT credentials and certified biomedical engineers on staff.
