Pilgrim Quality Solutions, a global provider of enterprise quality management software and services for the life sciences, announced that TriMedx has selected Pilgrim’s SmartSolve to automate key components of its quality and regulatory operations.
TriMedx will implement SmartSolve to provide its global operations with integrated and automated processes for tracking data and reporting quality events, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and customer complaints. SmartSolve will also support TriMedx’s CE Quality Audits and Supplier Quality Audits, allowing the company to strengthen and sustain its ongoing global compliance while improving overall quality and operational efficiencies.
