The recent Webinar Wednesday presentation “MRI Introduction – A Brief History, MRI Safety and System Functionality” sponsored by AllParts is eligible for 1 credit from ACI.
Ed Mireles, Service Innovation Manager MV MRI at AllParts Medical, provided information about the development of MRI, how to work around it safely, and how images are generated. He also introduced the various subsystems used in MRI.

“I liked how the presentation was broken down into six different categories starting with MR history which was very interesting. Also enjoyed how the body’s protons interact and align with the magnetic field and RF. Very interesting,” shared Ronald Richardson, Manager HTM, Franciscan Health Dyer.
